Note: Due to a thicker base than similar products, we recommend cooking “slow and low” to get to know your dutch oven. Like all new dutch ovens, sticking can occur and will decrease over time.

Q: Can I store my dutch oven outside for extended periods of time?
A: Cast iron is not meant to be stored outside for long periods of time. Extended exposure to wet conditions may cause rust and unnecessary wear and tear. We recommend storing your dutch oven indoors to help it last as long as possible and to avoid the need to purchase a replacement.
